Thai Cashew Chicken – A Quick Gourmet Fix (Under 20 Minutes)

Everyday Gourmet – Under 20mins
Quick enough for weeknights, gourmet enough to impress.
Let’s be real, after a long day, the last thing you want is to spend hours in the kitchen. But you also don’t want another bland, forgettable meal. That’s exactly why we started this new series: Everyday Gourmet – Under 25mins. It’s all about bringing bold, restaurant-quality flavour to your table in the time it takes to scroll through Instagram or wait on delivery.
And what better way to kick things off than with a dish that’s spicy, colorful, and impossible not to crave: Thai Cashew Chicken – A Quick Gourmet Fix (Under 20 Minutes).
Juicy chicken, crunchy toasted cashews, crisp veggies, and a glossy, savory sauce that ties it all together… this one hits different. The secret? Every Ingredient’s Spicy Thai Seasoning paired with a touch of Every Ingredient’s Aleppo Pepper. The kind of spices that turn a quick stir-fry into something you’d happily pay for at a restaurant.
This recipe was created in collaboration with Sharde Trimmingham of S.T. Palate, and trust us, her spin on Thai Cashew Chicken is one you’ll come back to again and again.
The best part? You’ll go from chopping board to table in under 20 minutes flat. So if you’re busy, hungry, and craving something with a little “wow” factor, this recipe is the one to try tonight.
