Do you have a storefront where I can come look at spices?

Currently, we operate online only, but we’re working on expanding to offer in-person experiences in the future. For now, our detailed product descriptions will give you a
great idea of what to expect, and we’re always happy to answer any questions about our products.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer fast, free delivery on all orders, with no minimum required to your home.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently offer delivery across most areas of Trinidad and Tobago.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Please note that items returned for reasons other than defects or wrong items are not eligible for return or be exchanged at this time.

We currently offer a standard 85g size for most of our spice blends.

Are your spices gluten-free or allergen-friendly?

Our spice blends are gluten-free, and we carefully source ingredients to avoid common allergens. Please check individual product details for more information.
