• Honey / Sugar – 2 tbsp

• Soy sauce – 3 tbsp

• Apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar- 1 tbsp

• Water 1/3 cup

• Salt
• Optional: 1/2 tsp Onion and Garlic powder, 1 tbsp mirin or sake
