Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns for items that are: 

  • incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
  • Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we can’t accept returns for opened or used spices unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide simple return instructions and next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
