Start Rice (0–2 min): Cook quick-cook jasmine rice (5–10 min).
Chicken (2–15 min): Season with Every Ingredient spices. Sear 6–7 min per side. Rest.
Beans (while chicken cooks): Sauté onion + garlic, add beans, Honey Chipotle, cumin, salt & pepper. Simmer 8 min.
Plantains (15–20 min): Fry in the same pan as chicken until golden (4–5 min).
Salsa (while beans simmer): Mix tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Assemble (20–25 min): Layer rice, chicken, beans, corn, cabbage, cucumber, avocado, salsa & plantains. Finish with Chipotle-Sriracha Crema + sour cream.
