25-Minute Honey Chipotle Burrito Bowl

A smoky-sweet Honey Chipotle Burrito Bowl that comes together in just 25 minutes. Fresh, flavorful, and perfect for busy nights when you still want something a little gourmet.

Ingredients
  

For Chicken & Plantains
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast or Thigh
  • 1 tsp Every Ingredient Honey Chipotle Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Every Ingredient Sriracha Spice
  • ½ tsp Every Ingredient Aleppo Pepper
  • ½ tsp Every Ingredient Sumac
  • ½ tsp Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Ripe Plantains (sliced) optional
For Beans
  • 1 cup Black Beans cooked or canned, drained
  • ½ Onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Every Ingredient Honey Chipotle Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
For Salsa
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ¼ Onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
For Bowl
  • 2 cups Quick-cook or microwave Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cp Corn Kernels fresh, roasted, or canned
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • ½ Cucumber Sliced
  • Lettuce Leaves optional base
Chipotle-Sriracha Crema
  • Mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp Every Ingredient Honey Chipotle Seasoning, and ½ tsp Every Ingredient Sriracha Spice until smooth.

Method
 

  1. Start Rice (0–2 min): Cook quick-cook jasmine rice (5–10 min).
  2. Chicken (2–15 min): Season with Every Ingredient spices. Sear 6–7 min per side. Rest.
  3. Beans (while chicken cooks): Sauté onion + garlic, add beans, Honey Chipotle, cumin, salt & pepper. Simmer 8 min.
  4. Plantains (15–20 min): Fry in the same pan as chicken until golden (4–5 min).
  5. Salsa (while beans simmer): Mix tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
  6. Assemble (20–25 min): Layer rice, chicken, beans, corn, cabbage, cucumber, avocado, salsa & plantains. Finish with Chipotle-Sriracha Crema + sour cream.
