Thank you for your interest in The Complete Business Setup, a professional service offered by Every Ingredient. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Program and outline your rights and responsibilities as an applicant or client. By submitting an application or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
The Complete Business Setup (“the Program”) is a done-for-you business setup service that helps clients establish and launch a complete dual-market (Trinidad & U.S.) business. These Terms and Conditions apply to all applicants and accepted clients participating in the Program.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. Acceptance into the Program is subject to review and approval by Every Ingredient. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance, participation, or the start of any project.
The Program provides complete setup services designed to create a compliant, income-ready business in both Trinidad and the United States.

After your setup is complete and your post-launch support period ends, any ongoing maintenance, renewals, or updates for your systems, platforms, or accounts become your responsibility. Ongoing support can always be arranged separately if needed.
The application form is used to evaluate your goals, readiness, and overall fit for the Program.

Submitting an application does not establish a client relationship or guarantee acceptance.
By submitting the application form, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the Service Agreement. Once accepted into the Program, an invoice or payment link will be issued for the service fee.
5.1 Service Fee
The core service fee for The Complete Business Setup is USD $2,750.
This fee covers all professional labor, consulting, strategy, business setup guidance, website development, training, documentation, and administrative configuration for both Trinidad & Tobago and U.S. operations.
The service fee is paid directly to Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs online through an approved online payment method via credit/debit card and can be charged in your choice of USD or TTD.
5.2 Mandatory Vendor Fee (USD $515)
A mandatory vendor fee of USD $515 is required for all projects. This fee covers essential third-party services needed to complete the Program, including:
This vendor fee is a fixed flat rate and is paid directly to Every Ingredient along with the service fee.
Every Ingredient will then process these payments to the respective vendors on the client’s behalf.
Receipts and proof of payment to each vendor will be provided for transparency.
This fee is considered a pass-through cost and is not marked up.
5.3 Optional Costs (If Applicable)
Certain business models may require additional optional expenses that vary based on the client’s product choice or operational needs. These may include:
These optional expenses are not included in the fixed vendor fee and must be paid directly by the client to the relevant service providers.
They are not required for all projects and will vary by business type.
All operational business expenses such as inventory, product procurement, packaging, shipping, Amazon labeling, product photography, and any fulfillment-related costs are the full responsibility of the client. These are not included in the service fee or the mandatory vendor fee.
5.4 Payment Requirements
Project work begins once:
No U.S. or TT business filings, website setup, or Amazon setup will be initiated until both fees are received.
5.5 Refund Policy
14-Day Confidence Guarantee
We want every client to feel confident in their investment. If within 14 days of your initial payment you feel the service is not the right fit, you may request a partial refund of the unused portion of your service fee.
Refunds do not include:
Government or business registration fees (TT & U.S.)
Domain, hosting, or third-party software fees
Branding, design, or contractor costs
Any setup or implementation work already completed
Banking, courier, or payment processor setup fees
Vendor fees and completed labor are non-refundable.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
The Company retains full discretion to determine the refundable amount based on progress completed at the time of the request.
Ownership of Work & Deliverables
All work produced including but not limited to business registrations, branding, website builds, account setups, documents, and intellectual property remains the sole property of the Company until all service fees and vendor fees have been paid in full.
If a refund is issued:
The client relinquishes all rights to any work created
Access to accounts, files, and platforms may be revoked immediately
Any continued use or replication of assets may result in legal action and cost recovery
Unauthorized usage after cancellation is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to decline refund eligibility in situations including but not limited to:
Misuse of services or materials provided
Attempts to copy, extract, or replicate proprietary systems
Bad-faith participation or refusal to complete required steps
Threats of chargebacks or similar abuse
This guarantee applies only to first-time enrollment.
Clients who rejoin after cancellation are not eligible for future refunds.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Delays caused by late responses, missing information, or unavailable materials may extend project timelines. Every Ingredient is not responsible for such delays.
All materials, systems, templates, documents, dashboards, training tools, and website frameworks provided as part of The Complete Business Setup remain the intellectual property of Every Ingredient unless otherwise stated.
After full payment, you receive a single-use license to use all deliverables for your own business.
This includes your final website, logo, branding assets, and operational setup.
However, the underlying framework, structure, processes, code, templates, and any proprietary materials may not be copied, resold, shared, or used to create a competing service without written permission from Every Ingredient.
Edits for your own business are allowed. Redistribution or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.
All information shared by clients, including business details, personal data, and financial information will be kept strictly confidential.
Every Ingredient will not disclose or share client information with any third party except for necessary service providers directly involved in completing the project.
Client data is collected and used solely for:
All data is securely stored and managed in accordance with the Trinidad and Tobago Data Protection Act, 2011, and applicable U.S. privacy standards.
Every Ingredient provides professional setup services and educational guidance. All information shared is meant for general business support only. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and clients should always consult the appropriate professionals for decisions specific to their business.
Every Ingredient does not guarantee specific business outcomes, profitability, sales results, platform approvals, or the performance of any third-party services (such as Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, hosting providers, shipping partners, or vendors).
We are not responsible for delays, losses, platform decisions, or issues caused by third-party providers or external factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Program.
Clients may withdraw before project commencement by providing written notice.
Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable.
Every Ingredient reserves the right to cancel or postpone a project under reasonable circumstances, with notice and, where appropriate, a partial refund for uncompleted work.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
For clients located in the United States, applicable U.S. federal and state business laws may apply where relevant. Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs is operated by Every Ingredient Gourmet Spices LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
