Last Updated: December 2025

Thank you for your interest in The Complete Business Setup, a professional service offered by Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs, operated by Every Ingredient Gourmet Spices LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Program and outline your rights and responsibilities as an applicant or client.

By submitting an application, making payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

The Complete Business Setup (“the Program”) is a done-for-you business setup service designed to help clients establish and launch a compliant online business serving Trinidad & Tobago and the United States.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all applicants and accepted clients, regardless of payment structure.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Acceptance into the Program is subject to review and approval by Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or project commencement.

3. Service Overview

The Program provides professional setup services intended to create a structured, income-ready business foundation. Services may include:

  • Business registration and structure setup for Trinidad & Tobago and the United States
  • Website design and ecommerce configuration
  • Payment gateway and banking setup guidance
  • Logistics and fulfillment guidance
  • Branding and visual identity setup
  • Tax, accounting, and compliance guidance
  • Launch support and training

Specific deliverables are outlined in the applicable Service Agreement. After completion of setup and post-launch support, all ongoing maintenance, renewals, subscriptions, and operational responsibilities transfer fully to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Application and Onboarding

Applications are used to evaluate readiness and overall fit for the Program. Suitable applicants will be contacted for onboarding.

Work begins only after acceptance and receipt of required payments. Submitting an application does not establish a client relationship.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fee

The standard service fee for The Complete Business Setup is USD $2,750, unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment may be made in USD or TTD via approved methods including credit or debit card and bank transfer.

5.2 Upfront Program Fees

Clients selecting the Upfront Program are required to pay:

  • 50 percent of the service fee before work begins
  • A mandatory vendor fee of USD $515

The vendor fee covers essential third-party services including U.S. business registration, domain registration, hosting, and required platform services. Vendor fees are pass-through costs, are not marked up, and are processed on the client’s behalf. Proof of payment is provided.

5.3 Pay-to-Own Program Fees

Clients selecting the Pay-to-Own option are required to pay an upfront deposit of USD $500 to begin work. This deposit includes required third-party vendor costs needed to initiate the setup.

Monthly payments begin 30 days after the project start date and continue on the same date each month until the full service fee is paid. Work progresses in stages while payments remain active.

Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in work being paused and access to incomplete deliverables restricted until payments resume.

6. Refund Policy

Upfront Program

The Upfront Program includes a 14-day confidence-based refund policy. Refunds apply only to the unused portion of the service fee and exclude:

  • Vendor fees
  • Government or registration fees
  • Domain, hosting, or third-party software fees
  • Completed work or labor already performed

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@everyingredientstore.com. Refunds requested after 14 days are not eligible.

Pay-to-Own Program

Due to the staged nature of delivery and inclusion of vendor costs in the initial deposit, the Pay-to-Own option is non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Ownership, Access, and Intellectual Property

All work, deliverables, systems, accounts, templates, documentation, and intellectual property remain the property of Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs until all service fees have been paid in full.

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use completed deliverables for their own business. Underlying frameworks, systems, templates, and proprietary processes may not be copied, resold, shared, or used to create competing services.

If payments are paused, canceled, or refunded, access to incomplete work and systems may be restricted or revoked. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and cost recovery.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, required documentation, and timely responses throughout the setup process. Delays caused by missing information or late responses may impact timelines.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Client information is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery. Data is handled in accordance with the Trinidad and Tobago Data Protection Act, 2011, and applicable U.S. privacy standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs provides professional business setup services and educational guidance only. No information provided constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

We make no guarantees regarding business performance, profitability, platform approvals, or third-party outcomes. All third-party platforms operate independently of us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Total liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client under the applicable payment structure.

11. Assumption of Risk

The client acknowledges that operating a business involves inherent risk. Results vary based on market conditions, effort, capital, and execution. By participating in the Program, the client assumes full responsibility for all business decisions and outcomes.

12. Termination

Clients may withdraw before work begins by providing written notice. Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable except as outlined above. Every Ingredient for Entrepreneurs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Where applicable, relevant U.S. federal and state laws may apply.
